Everything You Should Know About Pre EuRegMe

WHERE ?

Mostar

Pre EuRegMe will take place in one of the sunniest cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mostar! Mostar is located in the southern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, also referred as - Herzegovina.

ACCOMMODATION ?

Student Hotel Mostar

The accommodation, Student Hotel Mostar, is placed in the city center, only 1,5 km away from the Old Bridge.  Participants will stay in two or three bedded bedrooms, with one bathroom in each room. The entire building has WiFi access.  It has a conference hall, which will be available for our use (workshops, trainings, or social activities).  It is on a walking distance of 4 minutes from the venue site which is the University of "Džemal Bijedić".  The Opening ceremony will also be held in the venue, where you will have a better opportunity to meet other participants from the European IFMSA Team. 

 

TRANSPORTATION ?

 

There will be organized transportation from the International Airport of Sarajevo to the accommodation in Mostar, and we will also provide the standard bus timetable from Sarajevo to Mostar, that is of course available for everyone to use by wish.

MOSTAR-SARAJEVO TRANSPORTATION

And we saved best for the last! From Pre EuRegMe to EuRegMe (in Sarajevo) we  will be going with a, CNN proclaimed, one of the most beautiful train rides in Europe. It is a two-hour train ride, where you'll have the opportunity to see one of the most beautiful natural sites in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the canyon of the river Neretva, Jablaničko lake etc. We can't wait to see you in Mostar! 

INFORMATION ABOUT THE FOOD 

When it comes to the meals, three meals will be provided in the accommodation. There is a canteen/restaurant that offers a lot of different meal options, including options for those who have certain restrictions or intolerances, so you could choose the one that you like the most. We will also have coffee breaks with different beverages and snacks provided from local bakeries, shops and caffes.

For all of the participants that are planning to fast during the holy month of Ramadan, we will organize Iftar and Suhoor, as well as provide beverages during the period of day when it's allowed to eat.
