BoHeMSA MENTORSKI PROGRAM

  • Akademskog razvoja

  • Soft skills (upravljanje vremenom, timski rad, umrežavanje…)

  • Rada u nevladinom sektoru

If your New Year's resolutions are "I want to get better grades this year", "I want to write a scientific research paper this year" or "I want to spend more time working for the community", this post is just for you!

Mentoring is a process of learning, growth and guidance in which one person with experience (a role model) and another person who is a participant in the mentoring program participate. Through many years of work, BoHeMSA has produced numerous role models - current members of the BoHeMSA Alumni Network and mentors of this program.

The basic idea and mission of the mentoring program is the transfer of knowledge by mentors to students over a period of 6 months (February 2024 - August 2024), during which students can be mentored in the area of:

  1. Academic development

  2. Soft skills (time management, teamwork, networking...)

  3. Work in the non-governmental sector

  4. Scientific research work

In addition to working with mentors, other activities will be organized for participating students (webinars, etc)
