Medical students of Bosnia and Herzegovina express solidarity with the Ukrainian people, whose fundamental human rights are severely violated. Respect for international law is a border that must not be crossed. We call on all students, youth, non-governmental and international organizations to firmly express their position against the act of aggression against the Ukrainian people. Let this be a humble addition to all the other tributes already paid throughout the world in respect to those who are fighting for freedom and peace once more. May them be victorious!
The International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA) and medical students worldwide appeal for immediate cease of fire and for peace to be restored in Ukraine. We are deeply concerned by the potential of mass human casualties, destruction and mass displacement.
